  • What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Check-in is from 12:00 and check-out is until 20:00. You can enter and leave the room whenever you like, as long as the hours are up. If you have any questions regarding extensions, please check the FAQ "About Reservations" → "Can I extend the usage time?"
  • I want to know how to access it.

    Sorry, pets are not allowed. In the unlikely event that we bring you with us, we will charge you a cleaning fee as necessary.
  • Is there a smoking area?
    ・There is a smoking space in one corner of the terrace. Smoking is prohibited except in smoking areas. ・Only cigars and electronic cigarettes can be enjoyed in the cigar room inside the house. Please refrain from smoking cigarettes.
  • Please tell me the pricing plan.
    macco rental houses have the following four price plans.   • Please tell me how to make a reservation.
    Please apply on the reservation site by clicking the "Reservation button" on the homepage. *As a general rule, we ask that you pay by credit card.
  • How far in advance can I make a reservation?
    Reservations can be made up to one month in advance.
  • Can I make a reservation on the same day?
    Reservations are generally accepted up to 3 days before the desired date of use. If it is less than 3 days, please contact us using the contact form on the homepage.
  • How many people can use it?
    We have pricing plans for up to 10 people and plans for 11 to 20 people. Children under elementary school age are not counted in the number of users. If you wish to use the service for 21 or more people, please contact us using the contact form on the homepage.
  • From what time to what time can I make a reservation?
    Business hours are basically 12:00-20:00. This includes time for preparation and cleanup. If you have any questions regarding extensions, please check the FAQ "About Reservations" → "Can I extend the usage time?"
  • Can minors use it?
    It cannot be used by minors. Available only when accompanied by an adult.

  • Can someone other than myself make a reservation on my behalf?
    Please make the reservation yourself.
  • Can I cancel my reservation after it is confirmed?
    Cancellation is possible, but a cancellation fee will be charged depending on the time of reservation as shown below. ◇About cancellation fees Until 8 days in advance: Free 7 days to 5 days ago: 20% 4 days to 3 days ago: 50% 2nd to the day: 100% Please be sure to contact us if you wish to cancel.

  • Can I extend the usage time?
    It is possible if there is space in your schedule. Extension is possible up to 24:00. An extension fee of 22,000 yen (tax included) will be charged per hour regardless of the number of people. Outdoor areas (including the sauna) can only be used until 8:00 pm to prevent noise from surrounding the area. Please stay indoors after 8:00 pm and refrain from going outdoors. <How to contact us when requesting an extension> Before use: After completing your reservation, please let us know that you would like to extend your reservation using the contact form on the homepage. Please transfer the extension fee payment to the account we will provide to you. On the day of use: Please contact us from the contact form on the homepage by 18:00, and if there is space available. Please let us know if you would like an extension. Please make your payment at the local payment terminal by 20:00. *If we do not hear from you requesting an extension or if we are unable to confirm payment, we will decline your extension. *If your stay is extended without permission, we will charge you at a later date. *Please note that even if the extension is not actually extended after payment has been received, we will not be able to provide a refund.
  • Can I change the date of use?
    Changes to the date of use can be made up to 8 days in advance. Please note that after that time, a cancellation fee will be charged and your reservation will have to be rescheduled.
  • How can I apply for a party plan?
    For inquiries about party plans, please use the contact form on our homepage. We will listen to your budget and requests and provide you with a proposal and quotation. *Depending on the content of your request, we may not be able to accept your request at the last minute. As a general rule, please contact us at least two weeks in advance of your desired date.
  • Is it free to bring in food and drinks?
    I am free. If you would like to request catering for your party plan, please contact us using the contact form.
  • Is there Wi-Fi and power outlets?
    Wi-Fi and power outlets are both available.
  • Can I have a BBQ using fireworks or fire?
    All activities involving fire (fireworks, charcoal BBQ, etc.) are prohibited. For BBQ, please use our facility's gas grill.
  • Is it necessary to clean up after use?
    In the unlikely event that cleaning is not done, you will be charged 33,000 yen (tax included). ・Please separate the garbage generated when using the rental space (according to Setagaya Ward's separation method) and place it in the dust box in the indoor parking lot. Please take any items that do not fit into the dust box with you. <Combustible garbage, non-burnable garbage, recyclable garbage (plastic bottles, jars, cans)> ・Please take home all items in the refrigerator that you brought with you. We also offer a paid cleaning service (33,000 yen, tax included). If you would like this option, please apply for this option when making your reservation.
  • What are paid items?
    We have a wine list (red and white wine and champagne) and a cigar list on site. If you wish to make a purchase, please pay at a local self-payment terminal. *If you use the service without making payment, you will be charged a fee.
  • How many people can sit at the indoor table?
    There are 24 chairs at the table in the room.
  • Is karaoke in a private room?
    yes. This is a private room that is soundproofed.
  • Is the mahjong room a private room?
    yes. It is a private room.
  • Is there acoustics on the terrace?
    yes. You can use over 1000 types of BGM from your USEN terminal.
  • Is there acoustics in the living room?
    yes. 75 inch TV with SONOS surround.
  • Do you have an oven?
    yes. We have a full size oven.
  • How should I pay for extension fees, paid items, etc. if I need to pay on the same day?
    Payment can be made at local self-payment terminals. Almost all types of credit cards and electronic/QR code payments are accepted.
  • Do you have cutlery?
    All common items such as forks and spoons are provided (free of charge).
  • Can I receive mail and packages locally?
    We do not have full-time staff, so in principle we cannot accept deliveries. In each case, we will respond by adjusting the time or place where you can receive the item.
  • Please tell us about your consideration for the neighborhood.
    Our house is located in a residential area. Please refrain from any behavior that may cause a nuisance to nearby residents. ・Noise when entering and exiting early in the morning and late at night ・Loud conversations and phone calls on terraces, parking lots, etc. ・Acts such as blocking alleys ・Smoking on the street is also a nuisance to neighboring residents, so smoking is prohibited. ・Conversations near the entrance or road may be heard in the neighborhood, so please be quiet.
  • Is it necessary to wear a swimsuit?
    Swimsuits are required.
  • 水着のレンタルはありますか?
    レンタルは無料です。 男性(M,L,XL)、女性(M,L)をご用意しております。
  • I want to know the sauna usage time.
    You are free to use the sauna at any time during rental house usage hours. Guests are requested to turn on the power to the sauna themselves. The outdoor area (including the sauna) can only be used until 8:00 pm to prevent noise from surrounding the area. If you wish to extend your stay, please stay indoors after 8:00 pm and refrain from using the facility outdoors.
  • Do you have towels available?
    Both towels and sauna ponchos are available for loan free of charge. The towels that can be used are limited to the number of people requested at the time of reservation.
  • Is there a minimum usage time?
    The minimum usage time is 3 hours. In addition, the usage time is from the start of loading to the time of leaving the room.
  • Please tell me the reservation method and price.

    ◇We do not allow the use of special materials or dangerous work such as water, open flames (including fireworks, etc.), smoke, or spray painting in the studio. ◇If you are considering special photography such as water, construction, sand, confetti, etc., please contact us at the time of reservation. ◇Perfect simultaneous recording is not possible. Please contact us when making a reservation if you would like to shoot at a loud volume (musical instrument performance, etc.). ◇Using strobes facing outside from balconies or windows is prohibited. ◇As the property is adjacent to a residential area, please refrain from activities that may disturb the neighbors, such as making noise or parking on the street. ◇The use of nails, screws, or duct tape on walls, floors, ceilings, etc. inside the studio is prohibited. ◇Please refrain from filming on location around the studio. ◇When leaving, please be sure to return the room to its original condition.
